How many types of cards are there?
  • All customers will get a Gold card. Customer will be given four cards each with the same account number.
  • Primary card: For earning points, discounts and redemption.
  • 3 supplementary cards: For earning points only, for other members of your family.
How do I get the card?
  • Cards are available in all branches of Emirates Cooperative Society. Please ask for your card at the cash counter or at the customer service counter.
How do I register?


  • You may register your card online by logging on to http://www.mazayaemcoop.com/ or visit the customer service counter in any of our branches.
  • Registration must be done within 90 days from first use, your card must be registered in order to redeem your points.
How do I earn points?
  • Present your loyalty card at the cash counters while paying for your purchases, the cashier will load the points on to your loyalty card.
  • AED 1 = 1 Point
  • Customer needs to collect 4000 points (purchase worth AED 4000) to be entitled to redeem a discount of AED 50.
  • Points cannot be added if the card is not presented, and points cannot be added after a transaction is over or at a later period of time.
  • Only cash or credit/debit card or combination of both is accepted.
  • ** Gift cards, nol, salik, etisalat, du and charity cards are not eligible for collecting the points.
How do I redeem my points?
  • Customers can redeem point when they collect 4000 points (equals to Dhs.50), redemption will be given as an instant discount at the end of a transaction.
  • Customers has to show the primary card to avail the redemption discount. If the primary card is not presented, discounts cannot be given.
  • No redemption is give on the smaller tags/cards.
How do I keep track of my points balance?
  • Your balance will be shown on every cashier receipt.
  • You can check your points by logging on to http://www.mazayaemcoop.com/ or you can check it at the customer service in any of the branches.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
  • Customer has to approach customer service counter, fill in a lost card form and submit a valid id to the staff.
  • 500 points will be deducted from the customer's account for replacing the cards.
  • Lost or stolen card will be deactivated.
  • Previous balance will be transferred to your new card. Replacement card can be picked up from the branch in one week.
What do I do if I change address, phone numbers, or any other information that I supplied on my enrollment form?

If I don't have my card with me, can I still receive points for my purchase?
  • No, if you don't have your card with you, you are not entitled to collect points on your purchase.
  • Cards must be presented at all times to collect the points.
  • Points cannot be allocated at a later time period or after the transaction is over.
What is the policy for exchanges or returns?
  • When you return an item bought using your Mazaya card, your points will be deducted from your account.
  • When you exchange your purchase, your points will be adjusted and the difference in points will be rectified in your account.
Are points transferable or exchangeable between customers?
  • No, points are not transferable or exchangeable between members.
Are there different types of loyalty cards?
  • No, we currently only have the Gold loyalty cards for all our customers of Emirates Cooperative Society.
When am I not eligible to collect points on my purchases?

You are not entitled to collect points on:

  • Home deliveries
  • Bulk purchases
  • Gift vouchers and cards.
  • Nol, Salik, Etisalat, Du and Charity cards
